Executive Solutions Ltd. is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Alex Warne. As the former president of “Alex Warne & Associates,’ Alex brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Senior Director of Health Care Recruitment. Based in Burlington, Ontario, she has joined our team with a strong focus on providing value-added services to our clients.
Alex, a former clinical physiotherapist has built an over 25-year career in senior-level management roles with national health care organizations, CBI Health and Lifemark Health and has developed a large national network of clinical professionals and business leaders.Alex has developed relationships with national and provincial hospitals including universities to recruit residents and internationally trained physicians, primary care and specialists.
Alex is known for her zeal in recruiting “the right candidate for the right opportunity at the right time”. Former colleagues have said…”Alex is a connector”… who highly values and cultivates lasting relationships.
In her new role, Alex will be expanding our existing health care services and introducing physician recruitment for primary care and specialized practitioners. Her in-depth understanding of the constantly evolving landscape of health care delivery in Canadian provinces, as well as licensing and regulatory requirements, will be instrumental in helping Executive Solutions secure professional resources to meet the needs of our communities.
But Alex’s contributions don’t end there. She also gives back to her community through various volunteer activities, such as serving on the Burlington Inclusivity Advisory Committee, and previously with the Burlington Accessibility Inclusivity Committee. She also participates in the Great Canadian Cycle Challenge every year to raise funds for the Toronto Sick Kids Hospital’s ‘Beat Kids’ cancer initiative and coaches dragon boat cancer survivor teams.
