Calgary is looking for a dynamic Professional Corporate Receptionist.  This is a minimum of a 3 month temporary position with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.  The successful candidate must have superior communication and customer service skills and truly enjoy working with people.

We are looking for a part-time (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) and temporary Receptionist/Administrator who loves to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks. This Reception and Administrative position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, an individual who is great at multi-tasking and possesses excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities may include answer incoming calls and greeting of visitors, handling mail, couriers, data entry, coordinating meetings and catering, and all other miscellaneous projects as required. Min. 5 year’s office administration experience is necessary for this position with great MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Database skills.
