Technical Field Sales Representative

As the Technical Field Sales Representative you will:

  • Support regional sales in Alberta and Saskatchewan
  • Foster relationships with new and existing customers; travel will be required.
  • Possess established relationships in the Industrial Heartland and/or Fort McMurray
  • Bring minimum five years’ practical experience with industrial electrical components/systems.
  • Promote sales of the company’s products and services
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, and cultivate new accounts
  • Have responsibility for meeting monthly & quarterly revenue goals
  • Collecting information about customers and competitors to assist in the development of sales strategies
  • Possess stellar communications skills; able to accurately relay information in person or via written communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years practical experience with industrial electrical components/systems
  • A strong background and working knowledge in the products and services provided is preferred
  • Must be able to meet goals and quotas as assigned by the sales management team
  • Must have an exceptional sales track record
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Clean driver’s abstract

Education:

  • P. Eng., Electrical Engineering Technologist, Motor Technician or Electrician (Industrial)
