This is a multi faceted role requiring a diverse skillset, a flexible attitude and personality plus!
QuickBooks and Excel are both a MUST!
RECEPTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATION
Must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to deal with all personality types. Strong attention to detail, self motivated, initiative and a go getter are all required to be successful in this office.
Performing general office duties; phones, filing, mail, ordering supplies and materials
Providing customer service and support through all stages of the jobs, from initial inquiry through to post job follow up
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Invoicing, Purchase Orders,
Bank reconciliations & Account Reconciliations
Monthly & Year End Financial Reporting
There is a lot more to this position. The more you can do and the more you want to learn is up to you.
