They are passionate about incredible client touch points, people and providing a level of customer service not seen in their industry! As a B2B service provider with exceptionally trained, highly engaged, empowered and customer-driven personnel they expect a lot!
This is a small, tight knit, high-output office, with eight full-time staff and, at times, over 800 part-time staff. All of whom hold the company’s values at their core; customer service, safety, communication, honesty and smiling. The office operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Our client loves education and training; it’s a huge part of the culture. They actively encourage professional development opportunities that promote personal and professional growth.
Traits that will contribute to your success in this role:
Self-motivation – you don’t see obstacles you see opportunities for improvement and growth.
Passionate – you LOVE to figure out how to make things work and you love digging into the details and numbers to make it all make sense.
Emotionally and Intellectually intelligent –you are as adept at personal relationships as you are digging in the details of the numbers. You will need to maneuver payroll and HR issues as well as the more details accounting facets of running an office.
Personable/Affable – as the hub of the office you will be the person interacting with EVERYONE from staff (part-time and full-time) to vendors/suppliers and balancing your time between working on projects for the owners and those provided to you by the Controller.
Detailed/Focused – nothing gets past you! You are the one people bring their work to for the final “once over”, and you catch even the smallest of details others have missed.
Communicative – you aren’t your typical numbers person. You are as much at ease engaging a group of people as you are working with a bunch of numbers.
HIGH energy – you thrive under pressure – COFFEE, not blood, courses through YOUR veins!
