Our client, located in Calgary, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The Administrative Assistant will deal with a wide variety of tasks and act as a cross departmental position. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a challenging and busy role with an awesome team.

Job Duties:

  • Providing administrative assistance; project coordination.
  • Maintaining filing system and supplies.
  • Receiving incoming calls.
  • Managing general office tasks such as coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, creating contracts and letters, and filing as required.
  • Various administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience of working in an office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexible, reliable and accountable professional, with superior attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Self-motivated, confident and able to work independently and under pressure.
